Lapatoon.com prohibits copying, duplicating, reproducing, publishing, manufacturing, or otherwise using the copyrighted materials for any purpose, including personal and commercial use.

Act of Infringement

If you have the solid reasons to believe and evidence to prove that your copyrighted materials have been infringed by Lapatoon.com and you want us to remove or disable those materials, you are obliged to inform us immediately and provide us with the following information, as set forth in the Digital MIllennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3)(A). 

The following information must be included in your claim:

2. The identification of the work protected by copyright that is claimed to be infringed by Lapatoon.com 

3. The reference, link, or description of the path toward the copyrighted material at Lapatoon.com’s websites. The identification should be of sufficient detail to empower us to locate it at the website. 

4. Sufficient contact information (email, address, phone number, or any other data) to permit Lapatoon.com legal representative to respond to the infringement claim.

5. The signed statement of good faith belief that Lapatoon.com is not authorized by law or a copyright owner to use the identified material or materials. 

6. The signed statement of accuracy of your complaint, under penalty of perjury, and your authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Only copyright owners or authorized representatives who can act on behalf of the copyright owners should file the copyright claim. 

If copyright violation is traced at Lapatoon.com, we will promptly remove the infringing materials and disable public access to it. If your notification fails to comply with the requirements of the Digital MIllennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3)(A), we reserve the right to consider that you failed to provide Lapatoon.com with sufficient information on infringement and did not make Lapatoon.com fully aware of the fact of infringement.
