Refunds & Returns manufactures and sells handmade products, including but not limited to cards, postcards, gift sets, hanging elements, wedding invitations, and business products. Some of the products can be customized and personalized. Due to the nature of the production and customization, the following refund policy is used by 


Our return policy lasts 30 days (one full month) after the shipment date. If your order was shipped more than 30 days ago, we do not provide a refund or exchange of the products. You need to provide a proof of purchase. 

Products eligible for a return must be unused, not damaged, and have no writings. The return should include all items delivered in the package (the product and the accompanying items such as envelope). The returned items must be in the same condition. 

Non-returnable and non-refundable products

All customized and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable. All custom-made wedding and office products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Items sold at a discounted price are non-refundable. Only regular priced products may be returned and refunded. 


Full refunds cover the price of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Partial refunds are offered in the following situations: 

  • Obvious signs of usage
  • Missing items in the package
  • Item is not in its original condition (damaged, missing parts)

The refund process at is the following: 

  • If you are not happy with the product we delivered, you need to contact us via email and notify about the reason for dissatisfaction
  • You need to provide the proof of a purchase/payment 
  • You ship the items you want to return at the provided address
  • Once we receive the items, we inspect them and inform you about the decision on a refund, 
  • If your refund, either full or partial, is approved, we will process it through the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • If you do not receive your refund in 7 business days, please contact your bank.


If you received a defective or damaged product, you can exchange it at no extra cost. Once you return the damaged item, we will exchange it and send a new item back. Please contact us via email at if you want to exchange a defective item. 


Due to the nature of the products sold at, many of them are gifts. The same policy of 30 days for a return applies to the products sold as gifts. The refund can be processed only through the same payment method. The receiver of the gift purchased at cannot request a refund, return, or an exchange. 

Shipping costs

Please contact us for a return shipping address. does not cover shipping costs for returned items. You are responsible for paying shipping costs. We do not guarantee a refund or an exchange if we do not receive the returned items and no tracking number is provided.
