Yes, absolutely all LapaTOON products are made of real wood. Our products are eco-friendly and durable.
Are these handmade products?
Yes, LapaTOON products are handmade. Featuring unique designs and cut through elements, LapaTOON cards are unique, wood grains vary from one product to another, while personalized messages make our products truly special.
What are your benefits?
At LapaTOON, we believe it is important to give back to the community. In addition to using eco-friendly materials and recycling production waste, we are active members of local communities, non-charitable organizations, and non-profit companies.
What is the return policy?
If you are not happy with the product, we will replace it at no cost for you. If you are not happy with the product, we are not happy as well.
How is the order processed?
Once the order is received, we check on availability of it in stock. If your product requires personalization, we immediately start working on creating your unique card. It takes up to 3 days to get your order ready for shipment.
How long does it take to get my card?
Standard shipping usually takes 2-3 days, depending on the distance and weather conditions.
What are your payment and shipping options?
We have Amazon checkout, PayPal express payment, and credit card processing for payment options. All orders are shipped by USPS.
